EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE OF OUR DELTA¹⁸O/DELTA²H ANALYSER IN THE IAEA WICO 2020 INTERCOMPARISON TEST

Since 2019, the Chair of Hydrology conducts stable isotope analysis of δ¹⁸O / δ²H using a Picarro L2130-i Ultra High-Precision Isotopic Water Analyzer. In 2020 we participated in the international Water Stable Isotope Intercomparison (WICO 2020) test by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Our lab performed excellently for all samples in the blind test with a high precision of our measurements compared to the control values.
