Love Data Week 2026 at OSL

Together with various partners, the SLUB invites you to the Love Data Week in the Open Science Lab on February 11, 1-6 pm. This year's motto of the international Love Data Week is "Where is the data". In the context of the NFDI4Earth project, the Chairs of Geoinformatics and Meteorology are contributing a handson workshop. In this workshop, we will introduce NFDI4Earth, the national infrastructure for earth system and environmental data, and show how data can be found, used and published. A case study on urban climate will be used to demonstrate how climate and infrastructure data can be used for climate adaptation measures. In the discussion, participants will work together to identify challenges and best practice examples for finding and publishing data for their own work. Contact person: Dr. Astrid Ziemann
