TU Dresden gets a new name for its international external presentation

The previously used German-language name "Technische Universität Dresden" sometimes caused irritation in international presentation, also due to the umlaut. With the communication of the Chief Communication Officer 1/2023, there is the following definition for the university name for international external presentation:

Full name: TUD Dresden University of Technology
Permissible abbreviations (German/English): TU Dresden or TUD
