Due to the recent situation, changes of the examination plan are possible at any time.
Please inform regularly about changes.

Notes

• You need to register vis HISPOS (HIS-Portal) for all examinations (incl. protocols, presentations, term papers, ...). If you are not registered, examinations are not accepted. Registration during a lesson or via OPAL is not an official registration . If you have any problems with registration, please come to our office immediately.
• Inform yourself again one day before an exam about room number and time. Short-time changes are always possible.
• Unfortunately, we cannot avoid overlapping of the examination dates in the frame of the high number of compulsory modules.
• Exchange students  have to enrole/check out personally in our examination office, electronic enrolment is not possilble

General information

Registration for Examinations

Examinations take normally place after the courses of the semester. You register for the examinations during a period of 2 weeks, approximately 3 week before the examination period starts. A registration via telephone or e-mail is not possible. If you have problems, you must come to the examination office.
The following groups of students must come personally to the examination office to register:

• Diploma students
• Exchange students
• Students from other Departments / Faculties

Furthermore, if you want to register for an examination not listed in your module compensation, you also have to come to the examination office.
During the registration period, the examination office is opened from 09-12 from Monday until Friday.

Students in a holiday semester can also take examinations.

Absence and Withdrawal

The unauthorisised Absence will be graded with 5,00 (not passed).
If you are ill, a sickness certificate must be handed in to the examination office. You can send it via post or put it into the letter box next to our door.
You cannot withdraw via telephone or e-mail.

Withdrawal without a cause is possible until 1 day before the examination takes place.
As far as there is a retake examination, it will be take place during the examination period or nearbyafter.
