The fire weather stations operated by the Junior Professorship for Environmental Remote Sensing in the Saxon Switzerland National Park and the Tharandt Forest are now also integrated into the Czech forest fire risk platform firerisk.cz (under "Pozorování stanic FireRisk"). This is an important contribution to the cross-border management of forest fire risks in the German-Czech border region.
