The Chair of Spatial Information and Modelling focuses on innovative applications of spatial data science and geospatial artificial intelligence techniques in order to generate socially robust knowledge and provide transformative decision support in cooperation with stakeholders. The overarching goal is to understand complex spatial relationships and dynamics through action-orientated development and interpretation of rapidly growing and heterogeneous data sets.
