Registration and Fees

The registration of participants is open now. Please follow this link (external link) to start your registration for RailDresden 2025 via our conftool system. Please re-use the existing credentials if you have submitted a manuscript or abstract.

Conference Fees

• Regular Fees (reception of payment 01.02.2025 or later)
  • regular: 750,- EUR
  • academics: 750,- EUR
  • students: 350,- EUR
• One-Day-Passes (NEW!)
  • regular: 300,- EUR (per day)
  • academics: 300,- EUR (per day)
  • students: 200,- EUR (per day)
• Conference dinner ticket: 100,- EUR
• Mini course participation: 150,- EUR (until 31.01.2025) / 200,- EUR (01.02.2025 and later)

All amounts include the applicable German VAT. Payment will be possible by bank transfer or credit card. Payment fees have been covered by the participants.

The conference fees include access to all scientific program sessions, catering during the conference, local public transport tickets, technical excursions, and access to the electronic version of the proceedings of RailDresden2025.

One-Day-Passes allow access to the scientific program sessions of the selected days, catering during the conference, local public transport tickets, and access to the electronic version of the proceedings of RailDresden2025.

Cancellation policy: 90% refund until cancellation not later than 31.12.2024, no refund in case of a later cancellation.

The transfer of a registration to a colleague is possible if the new participant's registration fee is equal to or less than the fee of the original participant. Fees are not adapted.
