TRAIN your Brain at the chair of Railway track engineering

On 05.11.2024, 20 students from IBB Gymnasium also visited the laboratory of the Chair of Railway Track Engineering. In addition to a workshop on the topic of "Application of AI for railroad superstructure research", a practical experiment was also carried out on the hydropulse system. At the end, the participants were able to lend a hand and assemble and dismantle a rail support point.

We would like to thank our colleagues Lukas Schumacher and Dimitri Grün for successfully organizing the event and hope that we were able to inspire the participants to study (railroad) engineering at the Faculty of Transport Sciences.
