The Railway Construction Laboratory
The railway construction laboratory at the Chair of Railway Design has been in existence since 2013 and specializes in research on track construction components and systems for railways. Admission tests are also carried out for this purpose. The laboratory equipment includes a servohydraulic testing machine and a static inspection portal with hydraulic loading equipment.

Diverse fields of research
In our research workshops for railroad technology, noise and vibration, track measurements, digital twins and machine learning, we carry out research projects, scientific services and standard approval tests. We always work according to the principle of "everything from a single source": this means that we can offer measurements, simulations, scientific reports and expert opinions as a complete package in line with requirements.
