Final decision regarding the habilitation procedure of Mr Dr.-Ing. Michael Schultz is on duty of the faculty board now
During summertime in 2018 our dear former team member Dr.-Ing. Michael Schultz hands in his postdoctoral thesis on the subject of “The future aircraft ground operations – The case of passenger boarding”. After a successful review process by the experts Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Hartmut Fricke (TU Dresden), Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Ralf God (TU Hamburg Harburg) and Prof. Dr. Daniel Delahaye (ENAC), the habilitation procedure continues in January 2019 with its public parts. On January 21st Dr. Schultz give a test lecture on the subject of „Analysis and simulation of stochastic processes for ground management on airports“ followed by a scientific talk on the subject of “„Aircraft-Boarding as critical process of the ground based trajectory“ on January 25th. Both presentation give an impressive view on Dr. Schultz’ scientific work of the last years to the interested audience. The members of the habilitation commission reward this outstanding performance with advice of to the faculty board, to accept the habilitation. The honourable members of the habilitation commission are the three postdoctoral reviewers as well as Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jochen Trinckauf, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Günther Prokop, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Oliver Michler, Prof. Dr. rer. nat. habil. Karl Nachtigall und Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Ostap Okhrin.
