Florian Friedrich receives teaching award for undergraduate teaching in statistics

Student assistant Florian Friedrich wins the teaching award for undergraduate teaching in statistics in the winter semester 2025/2026.

The Friedrich List Faculty of Transport Sciences at TU Dresden has honored Mr. Florian Friedrich with this year's teaching award for undergraduate teaching for his exercises in “Descriptive Statistics” (Statistics I). This is an award jointly presented by the FSR Transport and the Faculty of Transport Sciences, whose multi-stage selection process is based on both current teaching evaluations and a student survey.

The award ceremony for the certificate, which comes with prize money, took place during the Faculty Day on November 7, 2025, in the Gerhart Potthoff Building.
