Ms. Yiru Liu joined as a Visiting Researcher

Yiru Liu is a visiting PhD student at the Chair of Applied Statistics. She is currently a PhD candidate at the College of Transportation, Tongji University in China, under the supervision of Prof. Jian Sun. Her research focuses on motion planning and interactive behavior modeling for autonomous vehicles in complex mixed-traffic environments.

This visiting research stay is funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) and aims to promote international academic collaboration between China and Germany in the field of intelligent transportation systems. During her stay at TU Dresden, she will engage in collaborative research on data-driven methods, behavioral modeling, and motion planning to advance autonomous driving research in real-world traffic environments.
