Instructions for submitting proof of your compulsory internship:

- The employer's reference (with company stamp and signature) must be submitted in duplicate (one original with one copy).
- The activity report must only be submitted once in the original. It/they must be signed by hand. The reports/logs must also be checked for factual correctness and countersigned (with stamp and signature) by the respective head of department/division.
- Notes on the preparation of the report/protocol: Length at least four pages; 1.5-line continuous text; include surname, first name, MATR; content:
- short description of the company, if applicable why this company was chosen;
- brief presentation of the field of work / department
- description of tasks, daily business or project work, type of supervision, scope of tasks, teamwork or independent tasks => this should comprise the largest part of the report.
- Short assessment / conclusion: overall impression, satisfaction during the internship, impression of the tasks and the team, implementation of theoretical knowledge in practice, experience and knowledge gained.
- Date, signature of the student and the supervisor
Your documents must be collected again from the Internship Office after they have been entered by the Examinations Office!
Accident protection during the internship
Students are protected by the statutory accident insurance (§ 2 Para. 1 No. 8 c SGB VII) during their training and further education at universities. During the internship, the intern is insured through the accident insurance institution supervising the internship company (§ 133 Para. 1 SGB VII).

- Das Arbeitszeugnis (mit Firmenstempel und Unterschrift) ist im Original mit einer Kopie einzureichen. Der Tätigkeitsbericht muss nur einfach eingereicht werden. Er/es ist eigenhändig zu unterschreiben. Die Berichte/Protokolle müssen außerdem vom jeweiligen Abteilungs-/Bereichsleiter auf sachliche Richtigkeit geprüft und gegengezeichnet werden (mit Stempel und Unterschrift).
Ihre Unterlagen sind nach dem HISPOS-Eintrag wieder im Praktikantenamt abzuholen!
