Scholarships – Funding for high-achieving transport students
Table of contents
Tens of thousands of engineers will be needed in Germany alone in the coming years. This includes thousands of transport engineers and transport scientists. According to the online platform Statista, there were an average of 475 vacancies for every 100 unemployed engineers at the end of 2022. This means excellent job prospects for future graduates of the "Friedrich List" Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences at TU Dresden.
The urgent need for skilled workers beyond the current number of graduates is also signalled by numerous partners of the faculty from business and administration. For this reason, the faculty and a number of companies have been taking new approaches since the middle of 2023 to draw attention to the study of transport and traffic at TU Dresden and to attract the best young talent to study in Dresden.
Scholarships starting in the first semester of the Master's programme are intended to support particularly talented applicants who can be expected to perform excellently in their studies and careers.
Ongoing Scholarships
