Enrollment "Case Study: Financial Analyst Report" winter term 2019/2020

Dear students,

in this year the Chair of Management Accounting and Control does again offer the project work "Case Study: Financial Analyst Report". We would therefore like to point out this opportunity to a comprehensive and practical use of the knowledge that you gained during our various Master courses. Additionally it provides a very good chance for teamwork and deepening of practical soft skills.

In the project work "Case Study: Financial Analyst Report" you will be given the task of a comprehensive analysis of a given listed company. The key issues are the evaluation of the current economic situation of the company, the assessment of its future development and the estimation of the company value. The information needed for the analysis work should be taken mainly from the publications of the respective company, such as the annual report, press releases etc. To create the analysis work the students will work in randomly put together teams of approx. 5. The developed results will be delivered in a presentation and discussed together.

Previous or current attendance of the lectures Business Valuation and Value Based Management, Financial Statement Analysis and Strategic Management and Control is advised.

According to the examination regulations, through realization of the project work, you can gain 10 credit points within a module from the module manual.

If you want to bindingly participate in the current run of the project work please enroll yourself from 17^th June, 2019 to, at the latest, 1^nd July, 2019 at our chair (office FAL 408).
