GADIAM attending the TransWork-Symposium in Stuttgart
The first TransWork-Sympsosium took place on 4th of July at the Frauenhofer-institute in Stuttgart, where Mrs. Dr. Pietrzyk, Mrs. Mühlpfordt and Mr. Kirsch represented the GADIAM project. The main purpose of this event was the exchange and networking between the members of the 29 joint research projects, whose goal is to define the current changes of the working conditions in different industries in the overall research field “Arbeit in einer digitalisierten Welt”. The main focus is to identify changes in operational requirements and to present the initial partial solutions for the development of innovative working models.
Several introduction presentations based on the employees’ and employers’ views were followed by the self-presentation of the individual project groups within their focus groups in an open fair. The application-oriented topics of different focus groups were presented in detail and discussed in 10 sessions. A detailed report and further information regarding the symposium can be found via this LINK.
The TransWork brochure “Working in a digitized world”, which provides an overview of the BMBF funding priority was published just in time for the symposium. The brochure can be found via this LINK.
The second meeting of the GADIAM focus group „Projekt- und Teamarbeit in der digitalisierten Arbeitswelt“ took place the day before the Symposium, in order to give the opportunity for exchange between the group members. Main topics of the meeting were the future networking and cooperation, especially regarding the collaborative publication of research results.
