Studies in Organization and Management
In this area, you find an overview of the chair’s course program as well as information on writing theses at the chair.
Organization and Management Theory
The chair’s teaching includes the design of organizational structures and processes as well as the behavior and leadership of organizational members. The courses that we offer focus not only on basics on organization and management theory, but also on the consequences of social and technological changes for organizations in general and the ways in which work is organized and employees are led in particular. The management topics covered by us in our teaching require students’ willingness for interdisciplinary work at the intersection of business and economics, applied psychology, and sociology.
