The Chair engages in critical-reflective and socio-scientific management and organizational research. In doing so, we integrate economic, socio-psychological, sociological and political insights by employing quantitative and qualitative methods of social research. A close collaboration with business enterprises and organizations from the non-private sector results in application-oriented solutions. Moreover we strive for significant contributions to the research of organizational issues.
