The research conducted at the Chair of Organization and Management focuses on collaboration and leadership despite conscious and unconscious differences. In this regard, both conscious (e.g., spatial and hierarchical) and unconscious (e.g., social and personal) differences between different actors in collective contexts are considered. The insights gained from this research are particularly suitable for successfully shaping the collaboration and leadership of actors and organizations with diverse backgrounds despite changing, sometimes adverse work environments.
