Funding of the GROW21 project through the FOSTER program

The Chair of Business Education and Management Training is delighted to have received funding for the GROW21 project from the FOSTER program. In the ENABLE2Research@TUD funding line, FOSTER recognizes research-oriented teaching-learning activities at TU Dresden through non-material and financial support.

The background and motivation of GROW21 lies in the growing need to optimally prepare students for the challenges of modern (working) life. GROW21 aims to promote the research and development of 21st Century Skills - skills that are essential for success in the workplace in the 21st century. These include critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and empathetic communication. These skills are of central importance in a rapidly changing and increasingly digitalized world, as they enable people to solve complex problems, think innovatively and adapt flexibly to new requirements.
