Welcome at the Faculty!

We are pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. Stefan Razinskas as the new holder of the Chair of Business Administration, esp. Organization and Management at the Faculty as of October 1, 2024. Stefan Razinskas is moving to Dresden from the FU Berlin, where he has been working as Junior Professor of Management since 2020.

Prof. Dr. Stefan Razinskas conducts predominantly quantitative-empirical research at the interface of Business Administration and Economics, Psychology and Sociology on team diversity and stress, co-created leadership and digital leadership and collaboration. In teaching, he will strengthen the Management and Marketing profile.
