My name is Jacqueline Schmidt and I have held the Junior Professorship for Business Education and Management Training, in particular Digitalization in Educational and Working Environments, since 01.01.2024.

My motivation and goals

I am running for Deputy Equal Opportunities Officer because I am convinced that a diversity-sensitive environment is an important basis for personal growth and a strong community. I want to work to ensure that equality and equal opportunities at our faculty are not just goals, but lived practice. Family-friendly structures and the appreciation and recognition of diverse life realities are particularly important to me.
