SCH B37

Conference room B37 is equipped with the Logitech Rally conference system and a close-distance projector. The following is an overview of the settings for conducting hybrid meetings.

Beamer

The projector is switched on via the panel on the wall. HDMI is selected as the source and the notebook used for the presentation is connected to the conference table via HDMI cable. No further settings need to be made.

Logitech Rally

The Logitech Rally conference system consists of a rotatable and zoomable camera, table microphones and speakers. The system is connected to a notebook via USB. In the video conferencing tool of choice, make sure you set the following:

• Sound input: Logitech Rally
• Sound output: Logitech Rally
• Camera: Logitech Rally

The camera itself is programmed with two presets:

• Focus on the speaker at the end of the table (e.g. disputations)

• Focus on the largest possible part of the conference table

Further individual camera settings are possible using the remote control located in the room.
