Public and International Economics Welcome Meeting
The Faculty is delighted to welcome the second cohort of the Master's degree program in Public and International Economics. An established tradition, students and lecturers used the annual Welcome Meeting, this year on October 16, to get to know each other. It was great to see many students from the cohort before attending to welcome the new first-year students.
The Master's program in Public and International Economics (PIE) started in winter semester 2023/24 and addresses today’s most pressing economic challenges, like climate change, financial crises, disruptions in commodity markets, and income disparities. Graduates will be able to tackle economic policy problems in a globalized world using up-to-date empirical and theoretical methods.
