What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.
What personal data is processed?
The e-mail address, surname and first name are processed.
How long will personal data be stored?
Your e-mail address will be processed until you withdraw your consent. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent until revocation.
Is personal data transmitted to third parties, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?
Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.
What rights do data subjects have?

The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR with the consequence that the personal data of the person concerned will no longer be processed. - Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR)
Data subjects have the right to request information about the personal data processed about them and the possible recipients of this data at any time. Data subjects may request that the controller transmit their personal data to them in a machine-readable format. Alternatively, they may request the direct transfer of the personal data provided by you to another controller, insofar as this is possible. - Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR)
