Our paper on the maturity model for public health agencies is accepted in the Business & Information Systems Engineering Journal (BISE)

We are pleased to announce that our paper on the maturity model for the digitalization of public health departments has been accepted for the Special Issue Technology for Humanity of the journal Business & Information Systems Engineering (BISE).

In this paper, we describe the development and evaluation of the maturity model for public health departments and provide an outlook on its application in the next 2-3 years to evaluate the digital maturity of the Public Health Service. About 360 Public Health Service institutions have used this maturity model throughout the last months to determine their as-is digital maturity and to plan their digitalization projects. The maturity model is part of the digitization strategy of the Federal Ministry of Health.
