Digital Health in Motion: Highlights from the 2025 Annual Meeting

How dynamic and inspiring Digital Health research can be — once again demonstrated at our annual meeting!

On June 4th, 2025, we welcomed more than 50 partners, stakeholders, and members of our Research Group Digital Health to the grand hall of the Faculty of Business and Economics at TU Dresden.

It was a day full of inspiring insights and great networking opportunities:
💡 Prof. Dr. Tobias Kowatsch opened with an inspiring presentation that not only shared the latest research findings but also brought plenty of laughter to the audience.
🧭 Patient pathways as part of oncological care and research structures in Europe and in Saxony were highlighted as a forward-looking topic.
🚀 The four project pitches at the research booths sparked lively discussions with the audience about current projects and prototypes.
🎤 The day concluded with a motivating closing speech by Dr. habil. Hannes Schlieter, who outlined the future topics and perspectives of our research group.

What made us especially happy: The exchange with our partners was both enriching and inspiring. Events like this clearly show how crucial it is to bridge research and practice more closely.
