Laced Up and Ready: Digital Health Joins the 2025 Rewe Team Challenge

On May 28, 2025, it was once again time for the Research Group Digital Health at TU Dresden to lace up their running shoes and head to the starting line! This year, we proudly took part in the Rewe Team Challenge Dresden with no less than three mixed teams:

🏃‍♀️ Digital Health Sprinters
🏃‍♂️ Digital Health Runners
🏃 Digital Health in Motion

After a weather-related delay (scheduled start: 7:00 PM; actual start: around 7:30 PM), we were able to run through downtown Dresden under good conditions and in high spirits.

A special highlight: Two of our young future runners (ages 13 and 14) joined the race to stand in for team members who were unable to run due to illness – and they did an outstanding job! We were also supported by Karsten Wendt (Computer Science), Dix Gräubig (ISIH), as well as our student assistants and thesis writers.

The event was not only a sporting success for everyone involved, but also a fantastic opportunity to foster team spirit, networking, and shared experiences – all in the spirit of our interdisciplinary work in the Digital Health research group.

We are already looking forward to the Rewe Team Challenge 2026! 🚀
