Distinguished Researcher Jeffrey Parsons Again a Guest at TU Dresden

The Faculty of Business and Economics at TU Dresden is delighted to warmly welcome Professor Jeffrey Parsons from the Memorial University of Newfoundland again this year. Jeffrey will be a guest both at the Chair of information systems, esp. Intelligent Systems and Services with Prof. Benedikt Brendel, as well as with the Reserach Group Digital Health.

After Professor Parsons delivered two interesting talks last year, we are pleased to announce another informative talk in this year’s program, to which we cordially invite you. Under the title "Personalizing Online Reviews for Better Customer Decision Making," he will present research results that are of high relevance, particularly in the age of digitalization and personalized customer communication.

The talk will take place on October 18, 2023, at 5:00 pm in the ceremonial hall (Festsaal). All interested parties are warmly invited to attend the event.
