Be part of the Final Conference of our project vCare!

Over the past 5 years, we as a group have had the privilege of presiding over the vCare project as co-coordinator. On August 29 at the Scotland House in Brussels, the project vCare funded by the European Commission Horizon 2020 programme will be holding its final event. It is a public event and we would be delighted to have you with us.

During this final event, you will:

• Learn about the project results and the benefits of a virtual coach supported clinical pathway for patients affected by diseases such as stroke, heart failure or Parkinson.
• Discuss how hospitalisation and rehabilitation at home can make a real difference for patients.
• Learn what the market already offers today and how it compares with vCare.
• Discuss what are the conditions for a real uptake of truly innovative solutions like vCare.

This very innovative project has brought together clinical, research and industry partners from 7 European countries, namely Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Romania, Denmark and Belgium.
