Successful Habilitation in the Research Group Digital Health

We are delighted to announce that the head of our Research Group Digital Health, Dr. Hannes Schlieter, has successfully completed his habilitation today. At 9:00 AM, Dr. Schlieter presented his research lecture on the topic "Implementation of Evidence-Based Medicine in Care Networks – A Case Study of European Cancer Care Infrastructures." The lecture focused particularly on the development and implementation of patient pathways and their methodology.

Following this, at 11:00 AM, Dr. Schlieter delivered his trial lecture on "Digital Health – An Introduction to Digitalization in Healthcare." During this session, the members of the habilitation committee took the opportunity to ask questions from the perspective of students and to gain a comprehensive understanding of Dr. Schlieter's teaching abilities.

We are proud that with his successful habilitation, Dr. Hannes Schlieter will soon officially take on the supervision of our doctoral candidates in the research group. This marks a significant contribution to the education of doctoral students at our faculty.
