Emily first completed her Bachelor's degree in Health Management at the University of Applied Sciences Zittau/Görlitz and then her Master's degree in Business Administration, with a specialisation in Health Economics, at the TU Dresden. Before becoming a member of the research group, she was employed by the Saxon Medical Association. Her roles in the team include working on projects and the research focus on patient engagement and empowerment.
