After completing her Master's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik at the TU Dresden, Peggy Richter began working as a research assistant at the Chair of Information Systems, especially System Development. Her doctoral thesis was on the topic of Patient Pathways in Integrated Care - Understanding, Development and Utilisation. In the Research Group Digital Health, her research and work focuses on topics related to the patient-centred design of information systems in healthcare. In national and international research and development projects, she accompanies the development and implementation of patient pathways, patient engagement and empowerment approaches as well as patient safety and quality aspects, especially in integrated care networks.
