Research problem and motivation
Systematic expert documentation and reuse
The project addressed the ideal-typical project management tasks based on an abstract project flow in business process management of AOK PLUS. Tasks, incoming and outgoing information as well as possible methods for task processing were considered. From this overview, considering a prioritised list of measures the individual aspects for future improvement projects were selected. A brief description of the projects presented goals, necessary work packages, milestones and performance indicators.
