BIOTEC Forum
The aim of this international event is to present the results and successes of the BIOTEC
for the scientific community and to promote further networking in the scientific and
scientific and business community. Scientists from the BIOTEC research areas - bioinformatics, biophysics and genetics/cell biology - will be brought together across disciplines to discuss the latest techniques and applications in the fields.
techniques and applications in the disciplines. Another focus is on technology transfer; here, opportunities for future collaborations, networking opportunities and applications of technologies will be highlighted. Therefore, the Core Facilities, Institutes as well as companies located on campus will also be included in the program.

1. BIOTEC Forum "Engineering Life"
Together with the Max Bergmann Center for Biomaterials, BIOTEC and B CUBE organized the symposium "Engineering Life". About 150 scientists and industry representatives had the opportunity to discuss the enormous potential of modern biotechnology in combination with fields of nanotechnology and biomimetic materials with the experts.
