The staff of our Mass Cytometry Facility offers assistance with customized antibody panel design for your individual research project and/or marker of interest for phenotypic and functional analysis of single cells in suspension

We offer advice, assistance and execution for:

• Initial project planning
• Maxpar panel design and antibody optimization
• Antibody labeling and titration
• Sample preparation and processing
• High-dimensional data analysis and access to software package OMIQ,  FCS Express and FlowJo
   

                                                                            Mass cytometry workflow:

The established mass cytometry workflow consists of (A) Antibody labelling and cell staining, (B) CyTOF technique and (C) high-dimensional data analysis.

We offer three established panels to characterize human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC):

• Cellular phenotyping panel including 31 immune cell-specific lineage marker phenotyping
• Intracellular panel with 33 cytokine and immune cell-specific marker            intracellular
• Phosphorylation panel with 26 phospho-site specific intracellular signaling molecules and immune cell marker                                                                                                  phospho

Please contact us for cost calculation. Prices are estimated for each individuel project and depend on the requested service, as well as the size of antibody panel. The invoices cover cost-neutral consumables and technical services.

Hours of operation: Facility staff is usually available from 8:00 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of extended opening hours upon request.
