Kick-off of the JOHANNA Research Project
On April 2, 2026 marked the official kick-off of the JOHANNA research project. During an initial joint working meeting, the project partners came together to discuss the project objectives, work packages, and the next steps of the collaboration.
The meeting focused on the content and structure of the planned work packages as well as the coordination of the upcoming project activities. A particular emphasis was placed on the participatory needs assessment in Planning Area 4 (Löbau), which will provide an important foundation for the development of new support structures in the field of Community Care.
Special thanks go to Prof. Dr. Barczik, who participated in the kick-off as a representative of the ZukunfTAlter alliance and contributed valuable insights from the alliance perspective. We would also like to thank Ms. Seeliger from DRK Löbau, our practice partner in the project, for the valuable practical insights and the constructive collaboration.
We look forward to working together and to advancing the next steps of the project in close cooperation with our partners.
