Welcome to the website of the Chair of Electromagnetic Theory and Compatibility.
On the following pages we would like to give you an overview of the teaching and research activities at the Chair.
In our modern world with a multitude of electronic devices in every household as well as networked and autonomously operating machines in industrial applications, special demands must be placed on the reliability of these electronic systems. It is necessary to ensure that electronic devices do not interfere with each other in order to prevent dangerous malfunctions.
At the Chair of Electromagnetic Theory and Compatibility, we therefore not only research and teach the theoretical foundations of field theory and electromagnetic compatibility, but also conduct research into existing or new measurement methods.
