Confident through EU's Thicket: Programs, RESEARCH PROMOTION, Finance

Workshop for interested TUD researches on the topic "Erasmus+ - Key Action 2" on November 12, 2015
 

As part of our series of events called "Confident through EU's Thicket: Programs, Research Promotion, Finance" started in 2015, the European Project Center will conduct several workshops on different EU funding topics. This half-day workshop will deal with the 2016 Erasmus+ Call for Proposals, Key Action 2. The workshop is addressed at researchers of all disciplines who want to develop new funding opportunities at EU level.

Erasmus+ - the new programme for education, vocational training, youth and sport – is intended to support the aims of the European education agendas, which promote modernisation, internationalisation and the qualitative improvement of European universities, strengthen international skills and the personal development and employability of students, enhance the attractiveness of the EU as a location for studying and science, and contribute to the long-term development of higher education in the partner countries.

The 2016 Erasmus+ Call for Proposals (EAC/A04/2015) was published in the EU's Official Journal on 20 October 2015. The Key Action 2 of the Erasmus + programme promotes the internationalization of European higher education in the framework of strategic partnerships and knowledge alliances as well as joint projects to build up capacity in the European neighborhood regions and worldwide. The deadlines for these cooperation projects in higher education are in February and March 2016.
