ERC Starting Grants 2025 - Call open
The European Research Council (ERC) has opened the Starting Grant Call 2025.
The call is aimed at excellent young researchers with a promising track record, whose doctorate was awarded 2-7 years ago and who have
- have already submitted excellent supervised work,
- are willing to work independently and
- have the potential to take on a leading role in research.
As a rule, up to EUR 1.5 million can be applied for over a period of up to 5 years. In justified cases, additional funding of up to EUR 1 million is possible. The deadline for applications is October 15, 2024, 5 pm (Brussels time).
