Erasmus+ Weeks 2025 for cooperation with universities in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America / Caribbean or Asia, Pacific and Middle East
Are you planning an Erasmus+ cooperation with universities in the regions of Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America / Caribbean or Asia, Pacific and Middle East? Then the Erasmus+ Weeks 2025 are just right for you!
This year, the European Commission is once again giving you the opportunity to meet potential project partners from these different regions, learn about Erasmus+ opportunities worldwide, network and develop joint project ideas. Three weeks of events will take place from May to November as part of Erasmus+ We eks 2025 :
Erasmus+ Weeks 2025
- Sub-Saharan Africa (Erasmus+ Region 9) - Addis Ababa, Ethiopia: Week starting May 19
- Latin America and the Caribbean (Erasmus+ Regions 10 & 11) - Bogotá, Colombia: week starting October 6
- Asia, Pacific & Middle East (Erasmus+ regions 5, 8 & 7) - Colombo, Sri Lanka: week starting November 17th
Interested university representatives can attend the events on site, but there is also the option of participating online. The exact dates for the "Erasmus+ Cluster and Contact-Making meetings" will be announced by the European Commission (probably on Wednesday and Thursday of the above-mentioned weeks).
Registration for the Erasmus+ Weeks 2025 is not yet open. However, the European Commission is already offering a preliminary survey for expressions of interest. After pre-registration, you will be automatically informed about the starting point of the official registration at a later date. Apply for a travel grant
The NA DAAD would like to support German universities in initiating new projects within the international dimension of Erasmus+. If you would like to participate in one of the Erasmus+ Weeks 2025, you can apply for a travel grant as part of the project preparation trips:
