The Clean Energy Transition (CET) partnership aims to accelerate the transition to clean energy in order to achieve the goal of climate neutrality by 2050. It is a transnational and strategic partnership to align research, development and innovation (RDI) strategies, leverage knowledge and experience and promote systemic change. Around 50 national/regional funding organizations from more than 30 countries in Europe and beyond participate in the CET partnership and are co-funded by the European Union (EU). This year's call has a funding volume of EUR 80 million.

Call modules:

• Funding via the BMWE (EUR 12 million funding)
• 100% funding of project costs (without lump sum)

• 12.03.2026 - full application
• Funding is available for collaborative projects with at least 3 partners from 3 participating countries
• At least 2 partners must come from the EU or Horizon Europe associated countries
• Funding via the BMWE (EUR 12 million funding)
• 100% funding of project costs (without lump sum)
