As part of the Erasmus+ weeks planned by the EU Commission in the Asia-Pacific and Latin America & Caribbean regions, regional cluster and contact seminars will be held in November. Both events can be attended physically as well as online.

From 28 – 30 November 2023, the Asia-Pacific Region Seminar will be held in Hanoi. The deadline to register is 20 October 2023 for physical participation. The Latin America & Caribbean Region Seminar will be held in Panama City from 20 – 22 November 2023. The deadline to register is 13 October 13 2023 for physical participation. The events are intended to bring together project representatives as well as individuals and organizations interested in Erasmus+ cooperation and other stakeholders from the regions concerned and Europe for an exchange of knowledge and experience. The aim is to support the exchange between ongoing projects as well as the initiation of new projects with universities in the regions.

Interested representatives of German universities are invited to participate. If you plan to physically participate in the events, you can apply for a travel allowance from the DAAD as part of the project preparation trips. www.eu.daad.de/vorbereitungsreisen
