ERC Advanced Grants 2024 - Call for proposals open
The ERC Advanced Grant Call 2024 is open. The deadline for applications is 29 August 2024.
The call is aimed at experienced researchers with an outstanding research track record who wish to pursue a ground-breaking project idea. Applications can be submitted by researchers of any nationality and from any science field.
As a rule, up to EUR 2.5 million can be applied for over a period of up to 5 years. In justified cases, additional funding of up to EUR 1 million is possible.
A major innovation in this call is that the funding will be awarded as a lump sum. This is intended to simplify the implementation of the projects. The decisive factor for the evaluation is therefore proof of scientific progress and the successful implementation of the project.
