ERC Starting Grant: 2023 Call open until 25/10/2022
The European Research Council (ERC) 2023 call for proposals for the ERC Starting Grant (StG) was published on July 12th, 2022. Applications can still be submitted until October 25th ,2022.
The target group of the ERC StGs are excellent scientists whose doctorate was between two to seven years ago. As a rule, up to 1.5 million euros (in exceptional cases up to
2.5 million euros) can be requested for a period of up to five years.
The ERC StG Call 2023 has a budget of 628 million euros. This means that around 407 Starting Grants can be awarded across Europe.
