The Eurostars program has launched its first call of 2024, with deadline on March 14th, 2024.

Eurostars supports European cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in R&D projects. The joint projects that receive funding are open-topic and for civil purposes, with the aim of developing innovative products, processes or services.

Hard Facts:

• Two partners from two Eurostars countries at least
• Coordinator has to be an SME
• Participation of German Universities (for 120 % funding) when German SME is participating
• SMEs have to cover 50 % of the overall project costs
• Maximum of German funding of 500 k€ for max. 3 years
• close to market, approximate enter to market 2 years after end of project
• German funding via Projektträger DLR
• 2 cut-off dates per year (spring and fall)
