Eurostars launches 1st Call in 2026!
The Eurostars program starts with its first call in 2026 with cut-off date on March 19th, 2026.
The SME funding tool aims at supporting European cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises in R&D projects. The funded joint projects are open-topic and for civil purposes. They aim to develop an innovative product, process or service.
Hard Facts:
- Two Countries minimum
- coordinator has to be SME
- Participation of German Universities (for 120 % funding) when German SME is participating
- SMEs have to cover 50 % of the overall project costs
- Maximum of German funding of 500 k€ for max. 3 years
- close to market, approximate enter to market 2 years after end of project
- German funding via Projektträger DLR
- 2 cut-off dates per year (spring and fall)
