Information event: The European Research Council and its grants

The European Project Center of TU Dresden in cooperation with the National Contact Point (NCP) ERC invites all members of TUD (including the Faculty of Medicine) to the following online information event

"The European Research Council and its grants - an overview"

1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

The ERC Starting Grant (StG), Consolidator Grant (CoG), Advanced Grant (AdG) and Synergy Grant (SyG) funding lines of the European Research Council (ERC) are among the most prestigious funding programs for frontier research in Europe and worldwide.

They are open to individual applicants from all scientific disciplines and offer researchers at different career stages generous support to carry out ground-breaking research over a period of up to five years. In addition, ERC Synergy Grants enable high-caliber collaborative research by a group of up to four excellent Principal Investigators.

This event will provide you with basic information about the objectives of the ERC, the requirements, the call conditions and the required documents. Insights from a successful applicant and a Q&A session will round off the event.
