The Coordination and Support Action “Linking Ukraine to the European Research Area” (LUKE), funded by the European Commission, creates a platform for enhanced cooperation with Ukraine, promotes multilateral research and innovation projects, and bundles existing bilateral funding initiatives in order to better coordinate support for Ukraine and advance its integration into the European Research Area. The objective of this funding guideline is to support European–Ukrainian research collaborations with German participation in key research fields relevant to reconstruction. 1. Energy: Sustainable and renewable energy and energy security 2. Cybersecurity: Cyber resilience of critical infrastructures and adaptive cybersecurity systems 3. Medical and health research: Telemedicine, biomedical research 4. Humanities and social sciences: Social cohesion, sustainable societal development, and restoration of human capital Funding conditions:
