JRC announces doctoral programme for cooperation at the science-policy interface
The Joint Research Center (JRC) has announced the Doctoral Programme "Collaborative Doctoral Partnerships" (CDP) in strategic cooperation with universities and colleges.
An expression of interest is possible until 3 May 2020.
Participation in the programme enables a new generation of doctoral students to understand the research needs at different stages of the policy cycle and to acquire new skills in science communication. For this programme, the JRC and universities and colleges agree on common research topics. The selection of doctoral students and their support in the programme is also supported by both partners.
All institutions of the EU Member States and associated countries in Horizon 2020 are addressed.
Until 3 May 2020, institutes and doctoral students will be able to express their interest in 13 research topics, including 'Energy transition in the EU' or 'Intelligent, connected and clean mobility'.
